Required: Office Administrator and Publicity Officer (£16-18,000 pa)

John Simpson & Partners is looking for a reliable and motivated graduate to fulfil this dual role for a minimum of a year. Excellent organisation skills, the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and an eye for detail are needed to meet the challenges of working in a busy architectural practice. The successful applicant would oversee the day to day running of the office, undertake a variety of tasks for the directors and be responsible for all incoming publicity enquiries. Additionally the selected applicant may take charge of pre-contract project submissions and competition entries as well as arrange items for exhibition.

It represents an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain office experience in London. An interest in architecture would be helpful but is not essential.
