Design for light fittings used at the Queen's Gallery at Buckingham Palace
A number of different light fittings were designed for Buckingham Palace. Light fittings have also been designed by the practice on a number of other projects such as at Gronville and Caius, and at Peterhouse in Cambridge and at Ashfold House. These light fittings are in cast bronze with an etched glass bowl. They are designed with high output low energy lamps to provide the light level required in the stair hall to conform with means of escape regulations. Some of the light fittings also contain emergency lighting equipment.
