The Lodge from the Garden

The Master's Lodge at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, is a pleasing series of buildings which form a complex palimpsest of Medieval, Georgian and Victorian architecture. Very little had been done to the Master's Lodge since the early twentieth Century, so it was in need of total refurbishment and upgrading.  This was carried out according to a new design put together by the practice for the new Master in 1998.
